Design/ Professional Fees
Interior Design Consultancy(IDC)
a) Corporate Office Starting from MYR 14 per sq ft
b) Residential Starting from MYR 16 per sq ft
c) Retail Starting from MYR 16 per sq ft
d) Restaurant/Café Starting from MYR 18 per sq ft
Service Charge will be collected by phase;
1st Phase : 20% upon signing contract with concept design presentation
2nd Phase: 40% upon submitting 3D presentation
3rd Phase : 35% upon submitting working drawing
4th Phase : 5% once the construction is submitted.
Design and Build/ Architectural Services
Size of space is also consider as a factor in calculating service charge for architectural design service, which are normally at 5% to 7% of the total project cost.
Service Charge will be collected by phase;
1st Phase : 10% upon signing contract with land measurement to get concept design started
2nd Phase : 20% upon submitting concept design and approval
3rd Phase : 30% upon submitting working drawing
4th Phase : 30% once the working drawing for construction is submitted to the contractor.
5th Phase : 10% once the construction is delivered.
